The short film announcing the bands is awesome.

I'd rather go to one of the Monster Energy Gayfests. This is horrific.

This sounds like some kind of Italian food festival.

This makes stuff like Carolina Rebellion and other similar fests like they are the greatest things ever. Isn't this basically a smaller sized Coachella? Get out your black horned rim glasses.

are you people only reading the headliners

QOTSA
Touche Amore
Pixies
Deafheaven
Kvelertak
Jesu
NIN
GY!BE
The Dismemberment Plan

like I know there's not any hard rock/jazz or nu-metal bands but to say shit like Mayhem Fest or Carolina Rebellion are better just shows how big of a pleb you are

A lot of those are mildly interesting at best. QOTSA, NIN, Deafhaven are the only stuff that seem redeemable. I'd see GY!BE just because I've heard they are a great show. If all that was on one day then I'd say damn that's a great day. But no. That has all the excitement of Wakarusa to me. Zzzzz....

You mean Wakarusa that regularly has Primus, STS9, The Black Crowes, Mutemath, Cake, Slightly Stoopid, Buckethead and Zappa Plays Zappa perform?

No, they all suck so I skipped past them only to encounter further suckage. Granted I don't know a bunch of the lowest billed acts here, but there is literally one band on that entire bill I'd watch. And only if it were free.

Primus & Black Crowes was all I caught out of that. Sorry. I think I was nodding off.
