I saw them on their last tour in 2012, one of the best shows I've ever seen. I'd go again and I encourage everyone else to go see them too.

Well said man. I wonder if Din Bard will open again since all their members are in Negura.

I don't know. I just skimmed their page on metal-archives and it looks like all the members of the 2012 touring band are gone and it's a whole new band again as of 2013. Except the drummer. That kinda sucks because their keyboard player was giving me "the eyes" from their merch table the whole show when I saw them.

This may come as a shock to you, but sometimes "ghetto" people actually enjoy metal.

Pretty much, yeah. Seriously, though, this tour routing is fucked. They start in New York, and come back at the end to play Canada, skipping NE. It's not even that part that is confusing me, but why not play Canada and New York at the same point?

Seems that the Toronto show got moved to the 20th and to a different venue, which is fine by me. I won't have to takethe night off work. I was looking forward to going back to the El Macambo.

"We are deeply sorry to say it, but we are forced to cancel our entire US and Canadian tour as of this moment. Some visa complication completely beyond the band’s control are forcing us to do this in the last moment, despite the fact that we’ve been working on this tour plan for over one year and we already secured our work permits months ago. Needless to say we invested a huge amount time, energy and money into making this tour happen, so we are taking a huge loos now. But we are still here, and we will return! Meanwhile we’ll focus all our frustration energy into completing the last details of the new album TĂU."

Damn. But I was working up the courage to tell my wife that I was leaving for concerts on three straight Friday's (this, then Septicflesh, then Agalloch), so now she'll be less angry with me.

Dammit :grrr:

On the bright side, I can cancel my vacation day at work and try to move it so I can see Septicflesh the following week.
