If you missed Obliteration's Black Death Horizon last year, it's a killer slab of death metal. I had it at #27 of my top 50 metal releases of 2013. It's going to be awesome to see these Norwegians stateside!

Don't get me started on how many bands New England is a myth to. I remember punching my wall when the dates for UDO's last tour were released. Nothing in New England....yet 3 in New York, in which all were in a 90 minute commute from each other.

Awesome. I kinda wished they had dragged Execration along with them, but just Obliteration is fine.

It wouldn't surprise me if the their agency did look into Showcase Live and couldn't make it happen. I think it was during the time when Showcase was doing no basically shows (which hasn't really changed, I guess). If he'd come up to NH the show probably would've been a ghost town.
