Decibel I'm going to let you finish and all, but PLF had the best album of 2013 in the metal world.

They must've accidentally switched numbers 1 and 13. ;)

Heartwork, err, I mean Necrocracy shouldn't be on that list. :eyes:

Yea. No way Nails shouldn't be at the very minimum top 5.

Isn't it a bit early for this? There's still the new Deicide and Rhapsody of Fire, among others, to come out.

I like the Noisem pick though.

Granted I've missed couple issues because they're waiting for me back home, but I'm surprised Sunbather wasn't top ten. I did notice them praising other albums as much.

That's not even the right Dark Tranquillity album.

I'm also a little sad the new Rotting Christ didn't even make the list. But, there's always my top ten. ;)

Seriously. I like it and I'll probably listen to it more than Gore Metal or Slaughtercult, (sue me, I really can't listen to ass production anymore) but it's definitely a step down from Anatomy and All Guts.

17. Purson - The Circle and the Blue Door

I only heard one song from this (something about a spider?) but it was one of the most godawful songs I heard in my life. Like, change the channel bad. And I think this was the same band who I read an interview with (in Decibel none-the-less) that made them sound like some of the most ignorant, unlikeable people in the world and it completely turned me off.

The fact that that sellout Watain is on there and Clutch isn't is horseshit of the goopiest caliber.

Not even a huge Clutch fan, but this is so fucking true. That Watain album was pretty terrible.
