I get why people don't like Born Of Osiris and at time Periphery, but what do you have against Dead Letter Circus or Twelve Foot Ninja....besides the fact they are on this tour?

Woooo, another mediocre as fuck tour comes here while the good ones continue to act like nothing exists between New York City & Montreal.

I was looking at the iternerary and assumed we'd most likely get an added date right in there, but have you seen anything for sure?

Try living in Minnesota where we had great tours happen and are now no longer going to happen.

It's much easier to be content with not getting good shows in the first place instead of having great shows happen and then have them taken away in an instant.

Seen? No. Know? Yes. Source is good on this, I'm not sure why it wasn't announced today.

I also happen to know about another Sumerian-heavy tour that would likely appeal to fans of Periphery/BoO.

Nope.

Veil of Maya headliner w/ Structures & two foreign bands that haven't been over here before. At least one of them hasn't been to NA, the other was in Canada I think. Not revealing who they are because I have no idea whether or not this is supposed to be announced soon, if it's supposed to be top secret, etc.

I'd assume that the STL Periphery show will be at Pop's, and August Burns Red is playing 11/5, so I think the 6th is a safe bet.

Can 1 just be perfectly happy w/ just not liking all of the above?

Not without justification.

That is the one thing about music that irritates me more than anything else is not giving music/artist/band/etc a chance without even hearing them. If you heard them and don't like them, I get that, but if someone doesn't like a band because they are touring with a band that doesn't spark their interest, that's just plain stupid.

Periphery would be so much better if they got a new singer.

Foreign bands that would tour with Veil of Maya? I'll take "Bands I don't care about" for 500.

Since they're hinting at it on FB now, I'll just post them:

Northlane and vildjharata or however you spell it
