Death Angel shows in SF are always really special, I'm bummed I'm gonna have to miss this. The last time they headlined at Slim's, apparently they were onstage for nearly 2 and a half hours.

Maybe there's a good chance Battlecross and Revocation will already be touring during that time seeing how they're not from the west coast.

Not to mention all three openers are playing South By So What in TX a few days after this, soooooo...

10/18 San Francisco, CA – Slim’s
10/24 Houston, TX – Scout Bar
10/26 Fort Worth, TX – Lagrave Field South By So What?!

from Wolverine via FB, assume more dates will be added. I'm wondering if the lineup is out of order, because there's no way Battlecross is bigger than Revocation

I don't doubt that Battlecross is bigger than Revocation as far as mainstream metal fans go. In another year or two they'll be more popular than Death Angel and 3 Inches of Blood too.

They've been doing bigger tours, more people will recognize them

yep, revocation hasnt done anything as big as mayhem, or even trespass

and while battlecross only sold 2700 first week of their newest, it charted on billboard, which i dont think rev has done yet

slims has revocation billed last

Love it, the dude behind the Warbringer show here is already working on getting them onto the Death Angel show instead.

In other news, apparently Byron isn't in 3IOB anymore. Hmm.

How would this work? Warbringer is on the Kreator/Overkill tour during this time. In Toronto, that tour plays the night before the Death Angel one.

Key-words: Warbringer show. Also the fact that the Overkill/Kreator tour doesn't start until 3 days after the St. Louis DA show.

My bad, I didn't realize the tours weren't happening at the same time everywhere.

Honest mistake....even though if they were at the same time everywhere, that would make a pretty awesome thrash festival tour.
