Boston thrashers RAZORMAZE have inked a deal with Ireland’s Slaney Records for their sophomore full length, Annihilatia. The album features artwork by Andrei Bouzikov (CANNABIS CORPSE, MUNICIPAL WASTE, SKELETONWITCH) and was tracked at Damage Studios by Pete Rutcho (HAVOK, REVOCATION).

This will be their first album featuring work from the band's new guitarist, Joe Gettler.

The band have leaked a track from the album, entitled 'Worshipping The Void':

“This is easily our heaviest, most technical, mature and well written album yet", comments vocalist Alex Citrone. “Two years in the works and its finally ready. We know it’ll be well worth the wait."

The band will be embarking on a tour of the US in support of Annihilatia.

these guys are schwing. Thrash is my least favorite style of metal but they're pretty damn good at it.

The vocals sound like they've improved a lot, which is what held the band back before. I'll definitely be checking this out.

I definitely wasn't impressed the first time I heard Razormaze, but I'll give this new one a shot.

I would like to see them in Birmingham but Black Sabbath >>>>>>> Razormaze.

Not a huge fan, but I might go to the Great Scott show since I like the other bands on the bill. I'll probably end up working though, not a show I want to ask off for.

I wouldn't be surprised if Skull Hammer and Black Mass were on the Allston show. Though I havn't heard much from Skull Hammer lately

I'm just giving this a listen now. I'm only on the second song but I like it a lot more than the EP. The vocals really are a lot better. The songs seem slightly more technical than I expected, though nothing truly insane. Hopefully the rest of the record can keep up the intensity.
