Out of all the songs to drop, they dropped Headcrusher?

Yup, that is indeed a Megadeth setlist.

I went to this gig, the night itself was great, but Megadeth had some major sound problems, Whose Life and Ashes In Your Mouth sounded like complete shit. The sound mixing sounded really ''off'' and Megadeth REALLY need to change the set up a bit, out of all of Megadeth's discography, why the fuck do they decide to drop songs like Headcrusher, In My Darkest Hour, Wake Up Dead, Tornado Of Souls in favour for the same old shit that's been on the set for too long like Trust, A Tout Le Monde etc? Rather disappointed night, but was good in general.

Yeah, was played over the PA up to ''waiting for your last breath'', then the intro to Trust begins.

Cool. I'm the minority, but I'd like to see the whole song played live. Prefferably in place of Trust.

Agree with you there, wouldn't bother me if Trust left for good, POD is easily the best song off Risk. I forgot to mention the new song ''Kingmaker'' sounded awesome live, I hope it stays.

I really would like to suffocate whoever told Dave Trust was a better concert opener than Set The World Afire.

Hell, if Dave doesn't want to do the same ol same ol, he should open with Into The Lungs of Hell. He kills two birds with one stone. 1) Fresh new song never played before, 2) something from SFSGSW.

Personally I can't stand Headcrusher.

I always thought Dialectic Chaos was a great opening track, but they only seemed to do that a few times during the Endgame era, until scrapping it completely.

That's been gone for awhile. Where have you been?

It's really sad that a garbage song like Who's Life Is It Anyways continues to take up a slot at every show. How the fuck does that song become a staple? Mustiane really has no clue what the fanbase wants anymore. Then again, maybe he never did in the first place.

In my opinion, if Dave switched Trust and She-Wolf's places in the set and removed "Whose Life" entirely, this setlist would be taking a step in the right direction towards not being as shitty.

I don't think he gives a rat's ass. And as long as people continue to go to his shows, it won't change.

Sadly there will always be teenagers discovering Megadeth that will go to see them the first chance they get regardless of the quality of the show/material they're putting out, most of us guilty, and the older fans who go every time regardless.

The difference between now and a few years ago is that the new material released when we were teenagers was actually really awesome. I still seriously regret not seeing Gigantour in 08.

Unless it's as an opening act for a better band, like the upcoming Maiden show, I definitely won't be seeing Megadave for a while until he gets his shit together.

Yeah that was a good one. I'm still pissed I missed H&H, Megadeth and Machine Head at the Shark Tank before that.

Seems like you won't see MegaDave in this lifetime.
