It should be announced soon. Not sure if this takes places in the late summer or fall. I am hearing they may try to play a few small arenas on this tour. It will be interesting to see how that works out for them if that part is true.

They sold out a show here, but smaller venue than they used to play

Volbeat headlining smaller-ish venues doesn't seem like an absurd idea.

If they played theaters I would be happy with that. But honestly I don't think Volbeat is big enough to do arenas yet. At least not in the south.

Volbeat was just here but it sold out, and ATR is headlining next month

but it will probably come here, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Volbeat did Uproar

Hopefully this tour hits Chicago because I think this line up rocks. Saw ATR in 2008 and would love to see Volbeat and HIM is a middle school love for me.

Talk about a strange touring combo. None of these bands sound anything alike! And because of that, I would think they would all have their own fanbase. And I don't like Volbeat at all so if this does happen, I hope they're not the headliner.

It's funny, of the 3 bands, I like HIM the most.

I like when tours have bands that don't sound alike. I like bands that have similarities, but hearing say, 3 of the same type of Black Metal bands in the same night gets boring. Make it a Black metal, Blackened Death Metal, and a Thrash band, that is way more exciting to a listener.

That said, unless i get to Interview HIM or maybe All That Remains, i am avoiding this if it comes by me.

3 of the bands have had(or will have) headlining shows in Philly by the end of May. But both Volbeat and HIM sold theirs out so seems like we'd get this.

Mid level arenas and theaters probably, Volbeat is doing the same venues as KoRn and Alice In Chains in some cities

I don't think there's anyway they can do that in dallas. Shinedown/stonesour/ papa roach only drew 3200 at the venue I work at that holds around 7k last Sunday. Local radio doesn't play any of those either.

Volbeat gets alot of airplay in Philly now, and both HIM and All That Remains consistently do well here

I could see it doing either Penn's Landing or Camden without the lawn

must be able to fill it enough to warrant playing there again so soon, they were just there in march. in double checking that i remembered that correctly, i came across this as well:
Edmonton loves us some Volbeat.

The Danish metal band sells more CDs in our fair city than any other market in Canada. No wonder Volbeat keep coming back — making at least four appearances since 2011.

You know where this is heading, right? Appearance No. 5 will come Tuesday, Sept. 10

Yeah, the sales must be really bad for this tour. I got a ticket for $9 through the local radio station. The original price for this show was $42.50! Yikes! Also a local record store says they have TONS of tickets to give away.

Your opinion aside, they've just been here too much in a short amount of time. It's the only show on the tour that's downsized, to my knowledge. This will be their 5th show in MA since their first one in April 2011.

I think they were a little over confident on how well this tour would do when booking the venues. I know the Copps Coliseum show got moved to the Sound Academy in Toronto, and Copps Coliseum was already using a scaled down seating setup.
