That NYC show is the day before my birthday, so maybe. That's a long way off, so it will have a lot to do with what else is going on around that time, but I do want to see them with Tommy, since I'm such a huge fan from his Seventh Wonder work. Guessing the support for this tour is gonna blow though, they always have awful support bands on their US tours.

that's very true, heh. I haven't felt it necessary to go to a Kamelot show since 2008 (the one with Edguy).

 $80 ticket prices for a club act?! Hopefully those are VIP prices.

It is. Kamelot isn't Yngwie or Manowar.

i wish they would just release all the dates instead of this teasing crap.

A lot of times it's the venues taht leak out the info first. the reason they aren't all announced when the first one is released is because some dates still need to be confirmed. Until a tour is either 99% or 100% confirmed for all dates, dates leak out and when its all confirmed it's released.

Again...most of the time. Like the upcoming Onslaught tour, don't expect full fledged dates until probably the end of the year sometime.

To echo a note from the last page, it also seems to be more common now that tickets are released in the more expensive VIP package first, I guess to "encourage" early buyers to spring for the pricier stuff, and then the regular tickets come out later on.

This might be the first time since 2005 or before that they haven't played Jaxx (now called Empire) in Springfield, VA. Shows just how far that club has fallen, they used to get everything under the sun, now they get next to nothing.
