While I don't know if they are on ROTR that type behavior sounds like Axl. Maybe GnR is on RotR 2013? Afterall, they did have Slash play last year and after GnR completes their Australia tour with ZZ Top and Rose Funeral they have nothing listed on their website for future tours. Just a thought...

Considering that 99.7 The Blitz has a hard on for Volbeat, Young Guns, and In This Moment....I think it's safe to say they will all be there.

Yes but they have yet to have a band play a 4th time, and smaller bands only come back whennn there's been a major spike in their success

I'd be surprised if they got Sabbath. Its not impossible but I think its out of their range $ wise. Slipknot and Korn w/ Head is very doable for RotR imo.

Keep in mind Sabbath did Lollapalooza, which seemed a lot less likely for several reasons

It was only less likely because of their usual lineup. Lolla has no problem throwing down for huge names though.

NickLed19
01-23-2013, 06:58 PM
AiC had Rockfest in the tour dates that were originally released. I doubt that Rockfest has bands like Ghost, The Sword, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. Since its a one day fest.
As far as ROTR goes, this is a pretty solid lineup. The headliners are great, and I like some of the other bands as well. People are always bitching about the lineup because for some reason they always want the same bands. No A7X, Slipknot, and Disturbed are not playing every single year. Get over it.

Yeah people want bands that aren't even around, apparently they're such big fans they have no concept of hiatus
