Should start this soon. I'll do lists, best shows of the year, best song.

And unlike my last year list it will be full of cd's that some might not expect from me.

So good albums?

Right now my list has maybe 2 or 3 core band albums on it.

:lol:I'm intrigued to see what this list consists of. Surprising is a bold word to use on a year-end list.

So my top 10 is finished. Some core, some death metal, some hardcore, some hard rock. Good list.

Also have a list of albums I loved this year that weren't top 10 material. We'll start that now.

One Wing - The Chariot

It's a good album no doubt but it sticks to the same thing the band has always done. If you don't know The Chariot in one word to describe them would be chaotic. It's a very chaotic mathcore sound. Takes a little while to get into it. Really though once you've heard one insane chariot song you've heard them all. At times they can sound like ETID as well. Also all the tracks from this album end up forming a sentence.

Stand out track.

Well for the ones that didn't make top 10 I don't feel like writing out a long thing about it.

I'll be sure to write more on upcoming ones I do just for you. :D

Just a quick tip. At least mention what kind of music each album is. You get no idea what kind of album you are reviewing when all you say is, it sounds like the rest of their material. To those who never heard of them, there is nothing to go off of.

Added a little more to my original one about the album.

The more I listen to new Chariot the better it gets, might be my fav from them and that snippet on that last track is sick as fuck.

It's my second fav by them I think. First one has to be Long Live.

So I decided that based on how busy I am I will do my top 10 now then later do things like recommendations.

10.

Clockwork Angels - Rush

Not surprising. Rush puts out another phenomenal album. Front to back it's a great listen and even for people that generally don't enjoy Rush I've heard them say that this album is great. For fans of metal, hard rock, prog, and really anything it's hard not to enjoy this.

Really? Even Best Buy has it so you have no reason not to own it.

I'm po'. Haven't spent anything on CDs in awhile, apart from when Dethmaiden was selling a bunch.
