The tour was originally BTBAM/Russian Circles/Junius

It appears this is no longer the case.

House of Blues during the week of St. Patty's day? Hmm...me thinks the Dropkick Murphys will finally be playing the Garden this year.

Losing Junius and picking up Coheed as a headliner is one of the most devastating things I've ever read in my life.

Fuck no. They will probably just play the 15th, 16th, St. Patty's Day, and maybe the 18th.

dropkicks havent done nearly a full week at house of blues since 2010, last two years have been 3 nights plus tsongas and brighton music hall last year, paradise the year before.

the garden isnt exactly a ridiculous idea though, im sure they will attempt it eventually. they did supposedly draw 20,000 over the 2 shows in the fenway outfield after all.

BTBAM is always mandatory for me, and I've never seen a Coheed headlining show.

Early contender for Tour of the Year 2013 for me personally. :D

Meh, I might go to this and leave early. Any show where Russian Circles or BTBAM don't headline is pretty much a waste.

If BTBAM decided to acknowledge pre Colors material on this tour, I may go. Otherwise probs not.

They've been playing Mordecai on the Euro Tour, that's something. *Although I do think it should be the last song at every show*

Still so very disappointed about this tour, but if I can get an interview or 3 out of this, I'm going.

Yeah, I'll be 21 by then so I can get in the pit for BTBAM and chill at the bar and watch Coheed. Didn't catch BTBAM on Slaughter so I'm due for a BTBAM show in Philly.

When has BTBAM never not been a Prog Rock band? every album has Prog in it, yes even the self titled debut.

Wah:confused: Coheed and Cambria has taken out metal bands as support before and since Parallax II is their heaviest album since Alaska imo, I can safely say they aren't becoming the next Rush or Porcupine Tree anytime soon.

:LOLFC:

If you took out of ones the I's in the title, I'd believe, because Hypersleep Dialogues is the heaviest they've been since Alaska. Future Sequence is early their least heavy album. The only song that was really all that much heavy was Telos, but that song sounds like a slightly shorter, more prog version of Disease, Injury, Madness.

I think BTBAM are definitely trying to lean more towards prog rock than prog metal with this album. All the heavy moments on the album seem way too forced and they're aren't as genuine as they were even a year ago.

They've been a progressive metal band, yes. But not a progressive rock band. I think they're trying to lean more towards that now.

If Amon Amarth was going to be touring, don't you think they would have said something by now, not 2 weeks before the tour starts?
