Well it looks I was 2/3 right about lineup of this tour. If there isn't a date in MA, I will be pissed.

With a lineup like that, how could there not be?

Now if there isn't a NY date (anyone who knows anything knows Buffalo doesn't count)... :bouville:

They're both from here. If there isn't, the person in charge of tour routing has more than a screw loose.

My New England predictions...
House of Blues in Boston
Lupo's in Providence
State Theater in Portland
Webster Theater in Hartford

You'd think so since there from here, but there has been tours with All That Remains, Shadows Fall, and Unearth and they have skipped Massachusetts entirely. I would assume this show would be at the House of Blues or The Palladium. Hopefully the dates come out soon.

This is gonna be hell of a show

pretty sure its coming to at least one of those venues. also, mike d mentioned in that recent facebook Q&A that there was talk of a pearl street show. that plus shadows fall/god forbid already booked at the palladium might indicate a boston proper KSE/SF show instead of the palladium. but really, considering that SF isnt the sole draw on either lineup and the hometown factor might make that not matter to massconcerts.

either way, i suspect they are going to hit new england fairly hard (4 shows is my bet), and the SF/GF tour probably gives a good idea where the KSE one isnt going.

well, atleast there's a chance of a Philly show :)

im still holding onto hope of unearth being on at least some of the dates, i.e. new england. like the SF/GF tour, BOO/unearth is largely focused on the midwest and south, and also ends in oklahoma, only a few days after california metalfest, which obviously KSE/SF are on.

also, would be extremely bummed if KSE wasnt doing AOJB the entire tour.

in a perfect world SF would follow KSE's lead and fully make it a 2002 nostalgia trip with art of balance in its entirety, making for the most tolerable SF set possible.

Like I've said in the past if KSE does AJOB in it's entirety (which seems to be the case) and somehow Unearth hops on these shows (at least the New England ones like detuned said), It will be hands down the show of the year for me.

And the Godsmack/Staind tour this year, called MASS Chaos, skipped MA haha. But if this does come to MA and they are doing AOJB, I gotta go

mass chaos skipped mass because uproar had a mass date.

though im sure there have been many exceptions, it generally seems if any of those bands skip mass on a tour, its either because its not their tour or because they have a mass show not long after. i feel as if ive seen at least unearth do this a handful of times. hence why i wonder about them on KSE, the only new england date on the co-headliner with BOO is nashua of all places.

As expected (http://www.metalsucks.net/2012/10/01/killswitch-engage-to-perform-entire-alive-or-just-breathing-album-on-tenth-anniversary-tour/), they're doing all on AOJB on the tour.

Also I guess Shadows Fall can never play in St Louis again, since Brian Fair lives here now.

Very excited to share this with all of you. These shows will sell out very quickly so do not wait...all tickets are going to be $20.02 in advance to celebrate the 10 year anniversary ($25 if you wait till the day of the show if any tickets are still available then).

Also - if you are a Veteran. www.vettix.org has a very limited supply in each market for you under lock and key for a discounted rate of $5.21 since the album came out 5/21/02, these tickets are avail as of October 2nd. But you will need to prove you are a Veteran, and get the password from them.

Regular tickets are on sale starting October 5th depending on the venue.

This. It's pretty cool that they're taking them out on the whole tour, since they're not really a national touring act. I really don't know if I'm gonna drive to any of these shows, it just doesn't seem necessary since they played almost the whole album at New England Metal Fest. Plus the Maine date, which is probably the closest for me, is the night before Wintersun, so i don't know.

id imagine acaro being unsigned for so long is why they really havent ventured far outside new england, but now they are on goomba music and their album is getting a wide release, and surely have some tour support now. probably also helps that their drummer is KSE's drum tech.

makethemsuffer12
10-01-2012, 10:24 AM
HOLY SHIT. Not really because of the tour (was expecting that), but at the fact that they're playing a 550 person capacity venue in Brooklyn. This is going to sell out veeery quickly.

UGH, Lancaster? At least it's on a Saturday, might be able to swing this one. Been dying to see Shadows Fall again and have never seen KSE with Jesse, we'll see.

Still should've been Philly

Nice, there's a Tampa date... the same day as Dethklok in Orlando! :bouville:

Well, guess I won't be going to this. The only other FL date, in Pensacola, is 7 hours away, so that's a no-go. On a side note though, DAMN these are small-ass venues. State Theater is 705 capacity, and Vinyl Music Hall is 525 (went there one time, and it feels even smaller once you go in). These shows will totally sell out, no doubt about that.

On another side note, in ATL the KSE and Dethklok shows are also on the same day. At least with FL, the venues are a solid 90 minutes or so apart, so they crowds will obviously be divided, but in ATL the venues are less than 10 minutes apart. Good luck with that one guys.

I am raging that this isn't coming anywhere within 2 hours of me. I know people that would be willing to go, but given that it's December in New England there very well could be an assload of snow and/or other dangerous wintry conditions in play which would make the drive impossible. Hopefully they add a Boston date at the very end of the tour, I really, really want to see this shit.

You're in Swampscott? If you time it right and there's no traffic, you could get to Portland in an hour and a half. Weather permitting, of course as you mentioned.

Wow, Studio 7? Really? I'd expect them to play AT least The Showbox, very odd. Might have to go since tickets shouldn't be too expensive and I enjoy their older material :D

i wouldnt be surprised if after pearl street sells out quick and rock n shock goes by that a palladium show is announced to end the tour.

but as said above, portland aint too far a drive (specially if you go 75 or more up 95), and the venue is really nice and spacious, and the city rules
