I should add that I only caught the last few songs of Coheed & Cambria and they were better than I expected.....I actually enjoyed hearing them cover Heaven & Hell:eyes:

Its just when I saw Maiden live they really disappointed me, granted it was that set right before Final Frontier came out. But this set is pretty damn sexy, too bad it wasn't in San Bernardino where lawn tix aren't too pricey.

Damn what a performance last night, best show i've seen them do in a long time. Bruce sounded great and was high in the mix. Great time to say the least. I wish I was going tonight also. Coheed was boring, I should have just drank beer in the parking lot during their set.

So you're saying C&C is better than Maiden based only on a live performance rather than on their musical output? That doesn't make much sense. Just because a band has an off night live doesn't make another band better than them. It's the music that matters more than anything else.

I love Coheed, but there is no way that they are better than Iron Maiden. The only way would be is if Coheed was Maiden and Maiden was Coheed.

True but overall I do prefer C & C musically over Maiden. It's not like I dislike Maiden(aside from just about everything after Seventh Son),it was just meant to be a "troll" response cuz all the hate C & C get from peeps on these boards. And yeah after I saw em live once my interest in them slightly decreased, not just from the set but the crowd seemed dead at times. Though I guess this response is norm for US crowds?

Dont listen to em much but heard great things about them live so I shall be sticking around. Plus after seeing SFU completely destroy my ears with crap CC covers, it would be nice to hear them properly played.
