At Saturday's Carolina Rebellion, Korn fans were treated to a lot of Korn hits from the bands back catalog. When the band was ready to perform 'Blind' frontman Jonathan Davis told the crowd "For a long ass time, this spot right here has been very lonely very very lonely. I want to bring out one of my truest and oldest and most beloved friends to come out and have some fun with this. You guys ready? My boyyyyyyy!"

The performance was the first time in seven years that Head was on stage with the band.

Welch is currently on tour supporting his band Love and Death.

Only reporting this so I could give the headline.

Watch the video. There's almost no reaction from the crowd, I felt bad.

It's great to see Head back on stage and it made me really happy this morning. I just don't see him coming back to the band though. He seems content with his solo project (which is probably how Korn would sound now if he hadn't left) and both parties are content with where they are.

If he had said "Head Welch" instead of "my boy" things would have likely been alot louder... the crowd probably didn't recognize him at first.

Would be cool to see him back full time. Won't happen, though.

As a big Korn fan, this is great to see, even if it doesn't mean he's coming back to the band

Wow that's really cool, I talked to Head a couple days ago for a straight 10 minutes since his band ended up playing a venue that I work at. Super nice guy and he really seems to be enjoying life now, hopefully he ends up doing a few more shows with Korn.

"God Gave Head to Korn"?

IMO would've worked better, and still have the same meaning

I don't think it was about them not getting along. The power of Christ compels ye'!

Clearly you're unaware of the joke "Korn gave Head to God" from 2005 when Head left the band.

for years it was and got bad, Fieldy came around within like a year or two but for a number of years Jonathan and Munky refused to talk to him

Love how energetic he is.A reunion tour would be awesome. I mean hell they could even put his other band as the opener just so he doesn't have to quit that one.
