The Four Horsemen. No Remorse would've got my second vote if I had realised that we were allowed to have another one before I hit summit.

Four Horsemen and Phantom Lord.

Damn that's hard
It would be way easier to pick one but I could make a case for just about every song.

I didn't read the first post so I only voted once, but Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth) was the coolest shit me and my friends heard in Grade 9 and is still my favorite song off the album. If I had of picked a second one I'd say it would've been Seek & Destroy.

To be honest, Mechanix in its original form was superior, but then Metallica added that fucking awesome solo breakdown section, which they never ever ever play live .

Angel of Death is my favorite Metallica song.

Don't quite follow your troll logic there.

I think "Mechanix" is a little too fast. "Four Horsemen" gives the riffs a little room to breathe.

Jokes aside, NO REMORSE. Hands down!! Numbuh two would have to be Whiplash, but too bad metallica never play "no remorse" in its entirety at live settings anymore, they always cut out a huge chunck of that awesomeness and play a shortened 3 minute version live. I've seen it twice in concert and they always take out the best part of the song :hecho::flame:

Edit: Same with BLACKENED :flame:

JRA should make a poll for Reign in Blood, cause we all know "Reborn" is your favorite song off the album. :D;)

This. I don't know if it's because I heard the Four Horsemen first, but the speed at which Mechanix is played just makes it sound silly. The awful lyrics don't help, either.

My votes were for Four Horsemen and Metal Militia. Phantom Lord is a close third.

Motorbreath and No Remorse

First time I heard Motorbreath was on some Moto X game on the PS2, I loved it.
I started to like No Remorse more when i heard the Cannibal Corpse cover of it

A case could be made for every song on the record, but my personal favorites are Jump In The Fire, Whiplash and Four Horsemen. Seek and Destroy is one of the weaker songs on the album in my opinion, though it does get new life in the live setting.

Phantom Lord/Seek and Destroy

but the whole damn album is great:rocker:

Phantom Lord and No Remorse.

Two incredible Thrash tunes that are underrated and never get old.

I love every song on this album, but have to pick Motorbreath and Seek & Destroy. I could have easily substituted Seek & Destroy for Jump in the Fire or Four Horsemen or No Remorse though. They're all so good!

I did not expect Motorbreath to be getting so much love either.

That said, my votes went to Horsemen and Whiplash, because they're obviously the best two. ;)

This is the first album I ever bought so I have a special place in my heart for this album.

I picked the Four Horsemen and Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth). Cliff's performance on Anesthesia is the why I picked it over Whiplash. I still get goosebumps when I watch him play that song on the Cliff Em' All tape.

Whiplash and Phantom Lord I guess.

I think "Mechanix" is a little too fast. "Four Horsemen" gives the riffs a little room to breathe.

You know I have to give credit to both songs in their execution. The way Metallica plays Four Horsemen makes it sound like galloping hooves, but the way Megadeth plays Mechanix makes it sound like whirring motors. So the song works at both speeds. I understand what you mean by the riffs given room to breathe though.
