IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson performed at the Buddy Rich 25th Anniversary Memorial Concert on Monday, April 2 at the London Palladium. He sang while fellow heavy rock legend, Ian Paice of DEEP PURPLE, played drums alongside the full BUDDY RICH ORCHESTRA.SOURCE (http://legacy.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=172278)

It looks like the only song performed with Bruce and Ian was Smoke On The Water. There's video footage of it at the source. It's not the greatest sound quality, but it's still pretty sweet to hear.

People put up performances from late night talk shows where bands do only 1 or 2 songs. What's the big deal?

of single bands where they usually perform a set after the fact.

like this (http://www.metalsetlists.com/showthread.php?t=19893&highlight=jimmy+kimmel) and this (http://www.metalsetlists.com/showthread.php?t=13793&highlight=jimmy+kimmel) and this (http://www.metalsetlists.com/showthread.php?t=8823&highlight=jimmy+kimmel).

It's not just OMG ONE GUY FROM A METAL BAND SANG ONE SONG AT A MEMORIAL SHOW, BETTER MAKE A NEW THREAD FOR IT

And there's not even a full set of that show, which Bruce was only a part of for an iota of a second.

That's like putting up a thread if you're at a karaoke bar and all of a sudden Rob Halford got up and sang "What A Wonderful World"

Oh well. It's not the end of the world and I thought some on here might have an interest in it. Hey, at least I didn't repeat a thread that's already been started again. Just give me time on that!
