Seeing as a couple of comparisons have been made already and this seems to be a trend of some of some sort, which grind legends put out the better new album this month?

I haven't even heard Utilitarian yet but my vote goes to Napalm Death.

Haven't listened to Horde of Zombies yet but the Napalm Death album was pretty good so I'll check back when I listen to the Terrorizer album ;)

I look forward to the time when I'll be able to render an informed opinion on this.

Terrorizer is good, but Napalm Death by a mile. It might end up being my album of the year. It'll be up there for sure.

Napalm is obviously the better band, but the new CD was just ok. Last 2 were way better. Terrorizer surprised me. I didn't expect to love it the album like I did. Terrorizer wins this round. I want both of em to tour the states:drool:

Both great albums but Napalm Death by a small margin.

I'm just listening to the new Napalm Death now. It's awesome. Something about Time Waits For No Slave never sat with me, but this is top-notch. I'm enjoying the curveball they threw in by letting Mitch Harris sing lead on two songs. The only thing that doesn't fit is the saxaphone solo on song 3, it sounds exactly how you'd think a sax solo would on a Napalm Death album but it just didn't need to happen. I'm also loving the old school/really cheap looking artwork and I'm wondering why the lyrics in the booklet aren't in order of the songs on the album.

Just to reaffirm my vote: Napalm Death!

I'd rather have a Terrorizer/Lock Up tour :rocker:

All 3! Or a big 4 of Grind!

Napalm Death(Scum/FETO in entirety + other stuff )
Carcass(Reek and Symphonies in entirely ONLY)
Repulsion
Terrorizer (World Downfall in entirely + other stuff)

Lock Up,Brutal Truth, and Extreme Noise Terror can open.

I like the way you think...but I would have Carcass headline, then Napalm Death, then Terrorizer, then..... Siege :D

Edit: I didn't know Mahoney died on Oct 14th, 2011 :( RIP

I posted it on fb when it happened! And on my 2011 best of list. Siege lost both singers in one year :(.

I'm surprised at how much I like the new Napalm. I find most of the Barney era to be bleh but something about Utilitarian is just refreshing.

This is a GRIND fest not a melodic death metal fest. Ill post later on dream tours.

I agree the Heartwork is better than Reek but it was still stupid of Lincoln to say they should include it at a big 4 grind show.

I didn't see the part about the Big 4 of grind ;)
