New Tenacious D Album?

This (http://rizeofthefenix.com/) website popped up and it contains a 30 second sample of a new Tenacious D song. It could just be one song but i'm hoping this means a new full length. It doesn't have a date on the site but the link I saw said "May 2012".

I've been hearing about a new album for the longest time. Would be cool if it's finally coming. Tour would be cool too.
