It's sick that the Muppets came out but they should have played Here Comes Santa Clause. They played it when I saw them back in '08 and it was fuckin sick.

I saw them last year and it was insane, some of the craziest mosh pits I've ever seen. They opened with White Christmas so it's no surprise it didn't take long for the pits to open up.

Dude, I saw them when that Christ guy was still the singer. Personally I think the Clause era lineup blows the original out of the water. Fuck those elitist who are always saying "keep christ in christmas".

When I saw the Muppets back in '94, they did a 20 minute jam session on Rainbow Connection, with Dio doing back up vocals. I still have one of Animal's drum sticks. Merry Christmas, guys!

I saw the Muppets on the reunion tour about 5 years ago. A huge fuckin' pit broke out when they played Mahna Mahna. One of the greatest shows I've ever seen.

You, sir, win an Internet. I still think it was a bad idea to have Fozzy open the show. Both the bear, and the crappy rock band. I heard they were using some new projections on the reunion tour, but tickets were like $70 a pop. At that point, it became evident that they had forgotten their roots. The night before they played Atlanta, Rowlf got busted for pot. No one was really surprised.

They did kinda sell out but the music is still killer. Have you picked up the green album yet?

Not yet, but a friend offered to burn a copy for me. I'm just afraid of ruining the memories I have of their earlier club shows.

Oh why'd this get moved to General? If all the gay non-metal stuff that Ravenheart posts gets to stay in the Setlists forum, why can't a fake Merry Christmas band set stay too?

I almost broke my nose from the pit last time I saw them when they played Frosty The Snowman. A lot of big meatheads in the pit for that show. Totally worth it though. Out of the almost 100 shows I've been to they definitely ranked in top 10 possibly even top 5.
