Fucking great show. It started out with Syd coming out for a short DJ set where she played some Earl tracks like Drop and then some other random hip-hop songs. Then MellowHype came out and launched into 64, shortly followed by the rest of the OFWGKTA crew. They went quickly from song to song, sometimes not even performing a full song. But they were all extremely full of energy and jumping out into the crowd during every song. And the crowd themselves were moshing and crowd surfing non-stop. At one point between songs, Tyler took a joint from someone in the crowd and sold it to someone else for five dollars! It was just a bunch of awesome interactions in between great songs. The crowd obviously reacted the strongest to Yonkers and Sandwitches, but they saved all their energy for the set-closer, Radicals. I've never seen a crowd go from zero to off-the-charts-crazy in such a short time before. Tyler said they didn't know they had fans in Kansas, but we showed them that they're loved here!

SWAG.
PUNCH A BITCH!
FUCK FAGGOTS

OFWGKTA: 9/10

 I should have bought a ticket to the Chicago date when I had a chance; this sounds awesome.

That setlist is pretty hit and miss for me. There are some songs I'd go crazy for, then others that I would beg for them to skip. Now I'm not as upset that I can't go Friday.

If only Earl could have been with them. Sucks

Great review manks! I'm going next Friday in Boston and I'm stoked. It's going to be my first rap show and it should be a great time.

they aren't really the type to have official setlists. They play whatever they feel like so your date may get a completely different set.

you that like it's a good thing. that's every hip hop show on the planet practically. most rappers are very very sloppy live, and put little effort into their live show. like Odd Future does.

I've been let down by live hip hop shows that i very rarely risk them anymore.

Trust me, every member of Odd Future was putting in a ton of effort.

My friend just sold two tickets to the Chicago date at $80 a pop. He's still got one himself. Fuck me, why do hipsters have to love this band so much and sell out my goddamn shows?!

A lot of hipsters turned their backs on Odd Future recently. The bulk of their fan base now is mainstream hip hop fans which is much worse then hipsters.

Ah. I see. Yet my problem remains: I have no ticket.

I was lucky to get tickets for the Boston show. My friend happened to buy 6 of them to scalp (the show sold out in 30 seconds), he sold 4 of them, made quite a bit of money and sold me a ticket at face value ($25).
