The show was two and a half hours. Mariachi El Bronx and Rise Against opened. So glad I FINALLY got to hear the real version of Everlong instead of acoustic.

The night was topped off by a street musician outside the venue playing Careless Whisper on sax. It reminded me of this and made me laugh...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaoLU6zKaws

Here's a somewhat interesting version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7imqO-OBVk) of that song.

OK, you're right. It still sucks.

hopefully seeing them in November here in NYC

add 1 or 2 more songs from the first album and it'd be perfect for me.

I know. This was the first time I ever heard him try Careless Whisper. It was a good attempt, but he couldn't make the whole thing work. It just kind of fell apart at the end.

This went on for way too long, but the part near the beginning when he's playing in the drive through made me genuinely laugh out loud.

No way dude! I have watched it three times at work today all the way through...haha. It's the one annoying song that gets stuck in my head that I don't mind being stuck in my head for some reason. I love it!
