I haven't been up to date with WM3 news in probably a few years, but fuck, that rules. It seems weird though that they plead guilty, even though it got them out, seems lame.

About fucking time. Can we mustard gas the judge, jury and prosecution as well, or is that having our cake and eat it too?

Fuck, I say we sell that entire town to Al Qaeda and let them do what they please.

It seems weird though that they plead guilty, even though it got them out, seems lame. They didn't have to admit guilt, they just had to admit that the state had enough evidence to convict them. Or something. I dunno, everything I've read says that it was a very complicated and bizarre legal manuever. I'm glad they're finally free; it was certainly one of the most egregious failures of the justice system in our modern history.

The fact that it happened on my birthday makes it even sweeter!

Damn, three days ago I would have no clue what any of this was, but I just saw Paradise Lost and wow! Prime example of the witch hunts that still go on in this time!

I don't know the truth or legalities to this but what I heard was w/ them still pleading guilty, it has something to do w/ the 3 not being able to sue the state for unlawful imprisonment. I'm not sure on that, I could have heard wrong. As odd as this has finished that would not surprise me in the very least either.

Good news, but this could've been resolved many years ago, DNA...

I'm glad the three have finally been released from their unlawful imprisonment(been following this ever since I saw the first Paradise Lost on HBO many moons ago). However, I think it's bullshit there is still no justice for the murder victims.

It 100% has to be tied to this. Why else would they make them plead guilty when they know they're innocent? They would have gotten HUGE settlements. If I was on the jury I would hang out for a year just to get them the maximum amount strictly out of principle. Now they get nothing AND have that on their records still. Totally WACK but at least they're free.

Major props to Eddie Vedder for flying in and being in the courtroom along with everything else he did for them. If it wasn't for Henry Rollins and the other artists who got behind this those guys would have rotted forever.
