This band can do no wrong.

We'll see if they can top Evisceration Plague.

Does anyone know if they're working with Rutan again?

Can't wait to hear the new material, and for them to start touring again. I saw them three times on the Evisceration Plague tour between 2009-2010, almost four..... hopefully this tour will be just as lengthy

Spoke with Alex recently and he said that they hope to finish up before the holidays then hit the road right at the start of 2012. I would count on this because since December he has been telling me that in September they will start recording. :rocker:

He just sent this to me concerning the topics at hand:
"Yes, Rutan is producing, the album and tour will be in early 2012."

Sweet, they're already on an awesome streak together. Then again, CC have been on an awesome streak since Eaten Back To Life. That being said, I could never really get into Butchered or Tomb. I'm not big on Barnes' vocals on those two.

Butchered is understandable, but Tomb???

I Cum Blood :rocker:

One of my favorite Corpse songs

Well I can tolerate Tomb more than Butchered, but I still can't get into it as much as Eaten or The Bleeding. Not saying it's bad or anything by any means, it's one of CC's most important albums.

If Corpsegrinder sang on Tomb it would be their best album.

Eaten Back To Life is one of the records that got me into death metal. Especially the song Edible Autopsy.

Or if Barnes just sounded as godly as he did on The Bleeding.

Yeah he did sound pretty good on that album. The past 4 Cannibal Corpse albums have the best sounding vocals IMO.

Yeah, that's probably true.

I think personally think George sounds the best on Vile, but he's consistently good on all the albums he did with them.

Vile's my favorite, actually. He definitely sounds killer there! :rocker: We should do a favorite Cannibal Corpse album poll.

I think he sounds best on Gore Obsessed. Come on, on Dormant Bodies Bursting, he sounds like a beast!

Sweeeet. Come to Reggies, please.

They headlined at the House of Blues last time in Chicago. Reggies would sell out in an instant, they gotta play bigger venues than that. I'm sure it would be at the House of Blues again, which kinda sucks but as long as it's good support I don't mind.

Really? Awesome. That was before I came to Chicago. I thought that on the last tour they did with Fetus and Vital, they came to this little out of the way place in like, central Illinois. :hecho:

Nope, they didn't come to IL at all on that tour. They did go to Madison, WI and somewhere in Michigan though.
