Was just travelling in the car with my Dad and a mainstream London radio statio called X FM actually mentioned Wurzel's death and said they'd play a Motorhead track in honour after the next ad break.

What did they play? Ace of Spades, obviously. Totally disrespectful.

As soon as the DJ said it I said to my Dad "I guarantee you they'll play a track he didn't play on, probably 'Ace of Spades'."

Don't know about over there, but in this country it's like that's the only song they ever recorded.

its the only one I've ever heard on the radio, and I think that was only once....
