Epic. Blink 182 is awesome live, saw them a couple years ago when they came here with Fall Out Boy..... And now, I work at the amphitheatre here as a parking director. And I get off before the headliner starts, and get inside for free to see the headliner. So this time around, I get paid to be bored during the openers.

Blink 182 has to be on my top 5 list of worst bands ever. They're #2 after U2. Dont get me started of my chemical nutsack. I would go to this if the cali dates had Rancid/Against Me! which they sadly dont

I'll be going. USANA is a great venue. I absolutely love going there, and I've always wanted to see Blink. I do find it interesting though that MCR is playing, and it's still coming to SLC. I thought there was some kinda rule with these package tours that said you couldn't play the same city within 6 months or something like that, and they just played a sold-out show here a few weeks ago.

I wanna go to this. I've always wanted to see Blink 182 live, plus My Chemical Romance can't be that bad. I have no idea who the opener is though...

Holy fuck, YES.

4th time seeing blink.

In the unholy trinity of MCR, Panic at the Disco and Fallout Boy, I always liked MCR the most (well, hated them the least) and Matt And Kim are HELLA AWESOME live. Fuck yeah.

Matt And Kim are the happiest band ever

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgBeu3FVi60

And their shows can get really fucking insane and energetic. Like, you wouldn't think so from this music, but when I saw them there were tons of crowd surfers and shit.

Used to be into blink 182 and saw them a couple of times, think they're just back together cos they realised they were shit apart and just want some more money....cant believe rancid are a support for blink 182 and mcr. Cant stand mcr! worst band in the world and i hate them with a passion. Rancid seemed to me like a proper punk band ....out come the wolves is my of my favourite punk albums ever and cant believe their stooping this low to support these big sell outs!

I really need to go to this, I've wanted to see Blink for an extremely long time. I used to love MCR when I was younger (I actually saw them twice in middle school), they are a 1000000x time opener than Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco. I hope the tickets aren't too expensive.

But I don't wanna go unless they're playing Anthem Pt. 2

Yeah, I wish they'd start playing Adam's Song again. It's one of my favorites! They stopped playing it about halfway through the 2009 US Tour and it never got it's rightful place back in the set.

Either way, I'd love to see Blink 182 this summer since I missed their date in Milwaukee with Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco in 2009.

I think hipsters have shifted to lo-fi garage rock boring garbage. Matt And Kim was popular with hipsters maybe 3 years ago. But they seriously kick ass, especially live.

plus My Chemical Romance can't be that bad.

I never liked them back when I was in public school, but now having gone to two of their shows, they ain't half bad. If you are willing to like Blink for the fun of Blink, that should be the mindset for MCR.

This is one of the more metal influenced songs that I've heard from them on album and live. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rdz6H1S2mJ0&feature=related)

Plus the lead guitarist is a closest metal dude, and pretty nice as well.

Hipster's found 2012 too mainstream for end of the world, moved it to 2011 to some small club in Missouri... No one went.

There are more scene kids and wiggers on Long Island than hipsters. You're thinking of Williamsburg here.

btw all you have to do is look at this: http://rateyourmusic.com/charts/top/album/2011
Unless it's some obscure techincal/progressive metal album only a small fan base has heard of, the metal albums will not last until the end of the year and the hip-hop albums are too good so hipsters can't find the urge to downrate them. Everything else will stay up there.

I might go.

Except the venue for Tinley Park IL is way too big for this. I mean I've seen KISS and Slayer opening for Manson not come close to selling it out.

I seen MCR do a sold out show in April and they decent live as I think Blink would be decent. I just think a smaller venue would be better because I don't think either bad has a stage show really that needs a huge outdoor venue.

I don't know shit about MCR, but I'm getting some of their albums from the library. But I heard Blink 182 are planning to add lasers to their stage show, so that might make their show a little larger. Also Blink 182 also headlined Tinley Park on their 2009 Reunion Tour so I guess it's doable. BTW, does anybody know when the tickets officially go on sale for the Milwaukee show? If they already have, I'm out of the loops.
