Setlist (order might be a bit off):
Ship Of Fools
David Comes to Life
Magic Word
Manqueller Man
I Hate Summer
The Other Shoe
Police
Baiting the Public
Crooked Head
Generations
Turn the Season
Two Snakes
Crusades
Son the Father
Would have loved to hear Queen of Hearts from the new one, but honestly with the way Fucked Up shows work, the setlist is secondary. Basically, Damian Abraham is like if GG Allin channeled all his craziness in a positive way. He launches into the crowd half-naked and sweats and hits everybody and crushes cups against his forehead, but he's smiling and laughing and hugging everybody. No animosity at all, just good-natured friendly violence all night. The band was extremely tight, but I honestly felt a little bit bad for them standing on stage playing this incredibly technical melodic punk music while 1200 people aren't looking at them at all. Damian is the focal point, and he's one of the best frontmen I've ever witnessed, and this show was by far the craziest I've ever seen. I was in the front row except for the few times I entered the mosh pit, and I got plenty of sweaty fat punk singer all over me over the course of the night. It was awesome. And yes, I interviewed Sandy (bass and female vox) before the gig for the Quietus, and she was great and I'll get the link in here when it posts.
Not the most complete review ever, Nick, but if you want to know anything else let me know. ;)
