Found these on Setlists.fm, as I went to this show, there were other bands there too, No One, American Head Charge and Rammstein(the last REAL time they toured here). Mudvayne were supposed to be here but dropped off cuz they were also doing The Black Christmas Tour with I believe Rob Zombie and Ozzy that December, and wanted time off, or something, I was pissed, loved em back in the day, they still did the facepaint and everything back then, only L.D. 50 was out at that time.

I didn't care for No One, and I do like AHC, they were pretty awesome if I remember correctly. As much as I loved Slipknot back in the day, Rammstein was fucking amazing, I was kinda far away, but not like nosebleeds can't see shit and I could still feel the heat of the flames, I dunno if they still do it now, but one of the guitar players, maybe Richard was more or less playing his guitar as it was on fire, and it kinda more or less burned away. They also did play Bück dich, not sure if you guys know what they did live with that song, but look it up. They also no longer play that song. Kinda surprised SOAD didn't do Spiders, as they had just got big and all they had was self-titled and Toxicity released. Then their egos super-inflated and they fucking sucked, my best friend absolutely hated their guitar player and kept screaming " YOU FUCKING SUCK" real loud every time the asshole talked into the mic, or at least did something, don't really remember. System played a video in the background the whole time, and Slipknot didn't do anything too special.

However there was a drum solo during Slipknot, and it was absolutely nothing special, he hit the drums, and he spun around, I guess that's hard or something? I think it went upside down as well, point is it didn't sound like anything a death metal drummer could do 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times better.

This was a great show! I remember being on the rail, front and center for the Cleveland show and loving every minute of it. People fighting about who should have headlined (System or Slipknot) was hilarious. Watching a 5 year old's parents being told by security that they had to take their son out of the arena during Rammstein's set because of how inappropriate their performance was going to be is something I will never forget.

I miss them too! I only ever saw them once. They were on tour with Mudvayne, Life of Agony, and Bloodsimple. Unfortunately, it was only a short 30-minute set and then were subjected to a LONG, TERRIBLY BORING set by Life of Agony. Someone in the crowd actually threw a cup of beer at Sal Abruscato and nailed him pretty good. Stopped the show for a minute, but unfortunately didn't stop their performance ;(

But anyway, I miss American Head Charge. They unfortunately never really lived up to their potential. Their former keyboardist, Aaron Zilch, is a sideshow clown down here in Las Vegas now..lol..pretty cool guy though!

LOL, my parents would have let me stay anyway. :D

I know Benji, guitarist from American Head Charge. I was suppose to be playing drums on his solo album, but it keeps getting pushed back I don't think it's ever going to happen.

But besides me name dropping, American Head Charge is coming back together in the Fall, Winter, or early 2012

One of these assholes I knew in school was like " Duded I'm leaving after System, Slipknot sucks" Okay, dude, I don't really give a shit, I like Slipknot. And at the time both of these bands only had 2 CDs out, and Slipknot were a lot bigger than System before IOWA came out, I'm rather sure. System kinda blew-up once Toxicity came out. anyways, judging by the setlists I think both bands more or less played the same amount of time, Slipknot maybe a little more since SOAD songs tend to be really short.

Yeah, I liked both, but was definitely there for Slipknot. They were bigger and rightly headlined, but you couldn't make that argument to the die hard System fans.:tp:

The Pledge of Allegiance Tour!

Thank you so much for posting this. I remember I was on the floor, and it was one of the first shows that Corey did the "jump the fuck up" thing during "Spit it Out."

I am not trying to be a dick, but I remember System's setlist, and the first couple are right, but they defintely didn't go right into "Jet Pilot" and "X," in fact, I don't even remember them playing "X."

American Head Charge played first and the lead singer (I think he went by Martin Cock, or something) had this jumpsuit on with "Cock" spray painted on the back. They actually lit the place up (remember this was 2001, nu-metal was in full-form) They opened with "All Wrapped Up." and it was great. I caught his goggles when he threw them off.

No One is a band that I still listen to today, as their album is really good. They were extremely simple, drop-D nu-metal, but I liked their vocalist and their rhythm. Some of you may remember "Chemical" by them. It got some air-play.

Rammstein, even in third support, kicked ass too. They did the fire and the whole nine yards, but the Pepsi Arena's stage was a little smaller than what they are playing on now. This was RIGHT after Mutter came out, and again, I'm not sure they opened with "Buck Dich". I think they opened with "Rammstein" and then played "Links 2,3,4" because I remember Til's drum out on the stage when their set began.

System and Slipknot both had just released their second albums, and Iowa was fresh off the press. Toxicity, I think, was out a little beforehand. Both bands did great, and the crowd was equally receptive for each of them. I loved this show. Nowadays, you would be paying over a 100 bucks for that kind of show. My ticket stub says $30.00

I found the System/Slipknot lists on setlists.fm, and the Rammstein I said was out of order/incomplete/from my memory.
