Hoping Heart has an off date somewhere near the bay area so I don't have to hear my mom complain about all the things you guys would if Opeth was opening for Korn.

This tour needs to be longer so that there's no chance of a European one.

I don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Def Leppard since the only album I ever listened to was Hysteria and I didn't like it much. Not a big glam guy. :eyes: I do like myself some Bowie, early Crue and some G N' R but that's about it.

Heart, on the other hand...

I hate glam music but those two albums were before they really got poppy and i kinda grew up listening to high and dry and on through the night has some ok stuff. anything after that is shit IMO

OTTN and HND are both good albums but how is Pyromania shit? Also Def Leppard is not glam at all and the band gets pissed whenever somebody mentions that they are. Def Leppard is a rock band, plain and simple. The only reason they got tied up in the whole glam label was because they happen to be popular at the same time glam metal was. So the popular music press being the idiots that they are decided to throw them in with the other glam metal bands.

I haven't seen Lep in awhile and have never seen Heart live so i'm thinking about going to this since it's coming to my area.

If Pyromania and Hysteria aren't glam then I dont know what is.

Looks like that's this year's MN. State Fair show for me. Gotta wait for the full lineup though.

Where's CA? :(

Also, what do you guys classify as glam metal and not glam rock?

There's a 2 week gap between Utah and Oregon, I think dates will show up in there.

And I think "glam metal" would just be hair metal.
