The song sounds alot like something off Exodus' Tempo Of The Damned Album.

I'd rather see him back in Exodus. 25 year anniversary of Pleasures of the Flesh Tour goddammit!

The song sounds alot like something off Exodus' Tempo Of The Damned Album.

That's a good thing... unfortunately, it would be one of the worst tracks off of Tempo.

Why not just stick with Tenet? It sounded exactly the same and had a record deal. Good album too.

Just in case anybody cares at all about this, the band's album is coming out on 1/25.

It also has the most hilarious cover art ever.

Also of note, the band's line up is:

Steve 'Zetro' Souza - Vocals
Kosta V. - Guitars
Miguel Esparza - Guitars
Nick Souza - Drums
Cody Souza - Bass

With that said, the music is pretty damn good:

When I saw this I thought to myself, HOLY FUCK ANOTHER NEW BAND???

Then I realized it was Hatriot and thought, HOLY SHIT THEY ARE STILL AROUND???

Hatriot should be renamed The Souza Family Band.

It's funny because in every interview Zetro defends it by saying it's not nepotism.

Oh god that artwork is so awful. I LOVE IT.

Zetro's kids can definitely play though, whether it's nepotism or not they're doing a kickass job. Having Nick as the drummer has apparently really revitalized Zetro's vocal performances, I heard he was kind of phoning it in before. If anything, Zetro having to play with his kids will make him step it up even more live. Who wants to look lame in front of their kids after all?

But seriously though, that artwork is so bad, like Nintendo Powerglove bad.

Hatriot should be renamed The Souza Family Band.

I think Van Souza sounds better.

Also have to say it'll be interesting to see the writing credits on the album. Alex Bent, who was their drummer before and is also in Arkaik, supposedly started the band with Zetro and wrote most of the music according to pretty much every interview w/ Zetro before he left.

Then as soon as he left it switched to one of the guitarists wrote everything. Suppose it doesn't really matter, as long as it sounds good.
