http://www.jukeboxmetal.com/2011/karma-to-burn-v/
You were totally correct. Forty-Seven is awesome (which I already knew, because I've seen it performed live ), but tracks like Forty-Nine and Fifty-One are just plain phoned-in. This band can do so much better. Overall, the album is somewhat underwhelming, but I have to admit I'm still glad to have new K2B to listen to. I just might end up hitting the "skip" button more often on this one than I should have to for a K2B album.

Moby was fun. :bliss: I liked how he (as an electronic artist) didn't focus on any aspect of a light show for the concert. It's all dependent on his ability to perform live, and he does a good job at it.

1) Pendulum
2) The Prodigy
3) The Chemical Brothers 3) Moby

what do you recommend by them (that's similar to this)?

Enslaved are notorious for having two distinct styles: pre-Below the Lights, and post-Below the Lights.

The first style, early Enslaved, is very grounded in Black Metal. Vikingligr Veldi, Frost, and Eld are some examples. Its rather good, and I enjoy it a lot; but it kind of represents an era Enslaved grew out of, like Behemoth and the whole Grom/Pagan Vastlands phase they started out in.

What you really want is the second-phase Enslaved. When they came out with Below the Lights in 2003, they almost completely shifted their style to progressive metal. I highly recommend Below the Lights because of that; Every song on that album is darn near flawless. Isa came next, the album you're on, and continues that progginess.

However, the two albums I recommend for you most are Ruun and Vertebrae. "Fusion of Sense and Earth" and "Ruun" are amazing songs, and incorporate a little more "catchy" riffs if you will, rather than atmospheric metal. Vertebrae took the catchiness and progginess to a new level; its by far my favorite from them. IF YOU LISTEN TO ANY ONE THING BY ENSLAVED, listen to Vertebrae, starting from the beginning. From there, go backwards: Ruun, Isa, and Below the Lights.

Their newest, Axioma Ethica Odini was good, but didn't quite catch me with the riffs the same way as those albums I've mentioned previously.

Were you planning on writing a full review for this album? I was hoping to get one from you lol

Yeah - I don't too many full album reviews anymore ever since I quit my radio show, but I will probably actually review the album, since I care about it and the band so much - I have a lot to say.

In short: (after 3 complete listens, plus a few extra to some tracks)
I like it more than Paradise Lost. The track sequencing feels a bit weird to me, but overall it's pretty great. The songs just feel better and a bit more dynamic to me overall. Considering they had every opportunity to just completely sell out with this album, the fact that it's this good is a pleasant surprise. It feels like they tried to make a new version of Paradise Lost that revisits their older style a bit more. "When All is Lost" is seriously one of the best songs they've done I think.
