As much as I would love to see A7X again, there's no way in hell I would pay money to see them play a set comprising of shit from the last two albums (I don't mind some stuff from self-titled, but I don't really like what I've heard from Nightmare).

Oh shit. I just saw a7x 2 weeks ago and sevendust last week. both put on kick ass shows. Might go to this suprisingly.

Sevendust is so damn good, hopefully the get 50 min-1 hour like they deserve. A7X sucks though.

Fuck yes! I will be there, but only for Sevendust. I can't justify seeing a shit live show.

I actually agree. I'd love to see this show. I could this happening at First Avenue or Roy Wilkins.

Just to point out, Avenged Sevenfold were all active drug users and drinkers, The Rev died of a drug overdose. Sevendust, I don't listen to so I don't know much about, but that video isn't really relevant since as far as I know neither band have spoken out against drugs or alcohol, and as I said, Avenged are, or at least were, active drug users and drinkers!

I understand your point, but it would be far more relevant on the Mayhem thread, or in the thread for the current Linkin Park tour.

Sevendust used to do drugs, they've been cleaned up since the early 2000's

This is fact. Morgan just recovered from alcoholism.

There's now way it would be a First Ave. show. A7X is too popular for that and their stage show is too fancy for such a small stage. I'm sure it will be Roy Wilkins or cutting one of the 2 larger arenas in half.

that and I was at the 2 shows immediately following when Clint left in 2004

For some reason I can see them at First Ave. Roy Wilkins makes more sense capacity wise.

There's no way even if cut in half they could fill the Target or Excel Centers

That's true considering they didn't sell out Roy Wilkins on Taste Of Chaos 2008.

Dates up, Three Days Grace and Bullet For My Valentine are also on the bill

Still skipping a lot of major markets(much like Uproar and Nightmare After Christmas), I'm assuming they're doing another big tour later this year

Bullet is just a terrible band. Only bands worth seeing are Sevendust and TDG.

Man it's sad to see a band like Sevendust still getting opening slots on big package tours like this. I mean I know their management and record labels in the past really fucked them over but come on.

The only good thing is they're getting the name out there, love A7X and 7dust, used to like BFMV more than now, 3DG I'm kinda eh about but they're solid live

It's been like this for years now though hasn't it? Off the top of my head in the last 2-3 years they toured with Disturbed, did that one-date Ozzfest in 08, the carnival of madness tour where they were like the 2nd band to play of 5, Music as a Weapon and now this tour. And when they do headlining tours it's to crowds of like 400 people.

Guy on the radio here just said he will have info on A7X coming to Nashville in May next week. I just got tix to Carolina Rebellion, and I swear 12 or the 18 bands are coming here in the next month or 2.

Since the name of the tour is Welcome To The Family Tour, if you go, you'll be severely disappointed.

Except for Danger Line the album isn't bad. BFMV sucks.
Sevendust is good, best band on the tour.

Three Days Grace is easily the 2nd best band on this tour. Maybe that isn't saying much, but I've enjoyed their stuff enough.

"Danger Line" is good, Id like to hear "Natural Born Killers"

IMO "Nightmare" is a good album, then again the only one I really don't like that much is "City of Evil"

Sevendust is perpetually underrated(and cursed with short sets), but put on an amazing live show

Bullet I used to like alot more, but I still think they're putting out good music

3DG Im not crazy about, but they're ok and I'd rather them than most radio bands

the website for the NJ venue just has Avenged Sevenfold/Three Days Grace/Sevendust

I could see a7x and bullet at ROTR, but I don't think I've got anyone to go with this year, which sucks ass cause I love the lineup

the next night in maine has sevendust listed as well, and then 2 days later in springfield its bullet, so sevendust is probably only doing the first week-ish
