:wow::wtf::punk::rocker::drool::party::eek::eek:

I'm totally going to this if they make a stop in CA... Peace Sells is their best album and it is personally my favorite Megadeth Album. It has two of my all time favorite Megadeth songs ever recorded, "The Conjuring" and "GOOD MORNING/Black friday" :rocker:

I am 10000000000 times more hyped for this than their "R.I.P" Tour, because I don't really like R.I.P.:eyes:

Niiiice. Black friday, the conjuring, wake up dead, peace sells. Im there  But idk they should wait to do it. They just came off doing rust in piece in its entirety. But hey just my opinion.

Well I have said that it feels weird to have back to back full album years...but

FUCK IT

please please Mr. Mustaine bring this to Denver.....I'm already a broke dude (thanks Big 4) and now that I'm going to Grad school I'll be even more poor; don't make me travel:bliss:

Every song Megadeth plays should just have 'Holy Wars - Reprise' tacked onto the end ;D

Originally I was apathetic about seeing Megadeth... Now I really want to go. :horns:

My 1st thoughts... :tp:"eh..."

I've never really liked Pre-Rust material. Of course I like a few songs here and there but I was raised on 1990's Megadeth and I will always stand by those records.

Don't get me wrong, I will still see this tour regardless because Megadeth is my favorite band, but I'll be going saying "Too bad this isn't Countdown."

Dude I'm with you, I'd take Countdown live over Peace Sells. But it'll still be completely awesome. Here's to hoping for a Florida date.

I want to do it towards the end of the year. So we'll do the whole year doing our thing and then come around October, where the end of the year is, you've got a quarter of the year left, October, November and December, where we can do the 'Peace Sells' thing

Fuck that. I want them to do that at Mayhem Fest.

I'd rather see KIMB to be honest, but heck, if it's any of the first 5 'deth albums it's godly in its entirety. This is potentially awesome.

Also, I thought Dave was refusing to play stuff like The Conjuring but maybe he's grown out of self-censorship. ;)

Yeah I agree, regardless it's gonna be awesome to see them do something like this, plus anytime is a good time for Megadeth!

Florida needs this!!! :rocker:

Fuck Mayhem Fest. If they're going to play "Peace Sells...But Who's Buying?" in its entirety, then that album deserves its own headlining tour. They don't need to be playing that masterpiece in front of a bunch of douche bags that are awaiting their precious "Disturbed", and "Godsmack".

I cannot wait for this tour.:rocker::fist:

That and they wouldn't be able to play any other songs. The Disturbed and Godsmack fans wouldn't even know any songs from the album besides the title track anyway.

The only good thing I can see coming from Megadeth doing Mayhem is maybe they'll do Mechanix in the middle of Rust In Peace. Here's their set from a 30 minute set they had at Download in 2007.

Sleepwalker
Take No Prisoners
Washington Is Next!
Hangar 18
Gears of War
Peace Sells
Symphony Of Destruction
Holy Wars... The Punishment Due / Mechanix

They obviously aren't going to do the UA songs, but I bet this is the general pattern they'll use. Maybe:

This Day We Fight!
Take No Prisoners
Head Crusher
Hangar 18
44 Minutes
Peace Sells
Symphony
Holy Wars/Mechanix

Well, I see your point, but chances are I'll have to miss the Peace Sells tour because I'll have already seen Megadeth at Mayhem Fest, and my pops doesn't like seeing the same band too often. :bouville:

I'm more exicited for the return of The Conjuring and Black Friday to the set than I am that they're doing the whole album. The first five on PS are great but after that I don't really care about the album. Plus, they already did this with RIP last year and they're gonna drive the idea of doing full albums into the ground.

I was hoping to get CTE in full next year for it's 20th but that doesn't look like it'll happen now if they're doing this instead.

I wouldn't mind new material from their upcoming album, but they better not play Sudden Death. That song is terrible.

Why the fuck would sudden death get played live? It's a song that was designed to be challenging on guitar hero, it's not enjoyable to listen to at all.

I wish Dave wouldn't overlook so far so good...cos that would be a hell of an album to see hear live. But still Bad Omen, My Last Words, Devils Island and the epic Black Friday  even aint superstitious will be interesting

I fucking hope not, that song was pretty lame. If they wanted to play it live I'm sure Mustaine would've put it the set already, but as of now it hasn't played (and I sure hope it stays that way).

Lol at people preferring Countdown. And they're not really driving this idea into the ground if they only do it for one tour. Rust In Peace was a year round thing last year....

I have to disagree with you. I honestly think that rust in piece and piece sells are there best albums. Then killing is my business then countdown to extinction. Just how i would put it.

pretty much

I mean each album usually has a couple really good songs(I think "Cryptic Writings" gets a little more crap than it deserves) but the two "Peace" albums pretty much own it

Exactly, that album had some good songs

The other ones though, I mean "Return to Hanger"? Awful
