If Portman and Firth's wins translate to Oscars I'll be quite happy.

And of course The Social Network wins Best Picture. So overrated.

I'm glad America love Ricky Gervais so much. Can you please keep him?

Okay we'll take Ricky if you take Dane Cook.

I'll pass on that. Though I love the fact that the Foreign Press people got so pissed off at his comments.

The Best Comedy or Musical category was the biggest load of horseshit I've ever seen.

I read some of what he said. Some were on the nose. Some were just insults with no actual wit. Pretty much sums up his entire career when Stephen Merchent isn't writing all of his good lines.

Who the fuck is Dane Cook?

Because having comedies and musicals in the same category is fucking stupid?

I thought the only one that was over the line was his dig on Robert Downey Jr.'s past rehab/addiction. Dude's been clean for like 10 years, so that was a little mean.

Because having comedies and musicals in the same category is fucking stupid?I was talking more about the nominees. The Tourist wasn't even fucking close to being a comedy or musical, and was almost universally panned by critics (as was Burlesque). I mean, it was a pretty bad year for comedies, but c'mon.

He's a comedian and he did a movie with Jessica Alba.

Okay we'll take Ricky if you take Dane Cook. I thought Dane Cook was absolutely fucking hysterical at first, but then his schtick got old kinda quick. He might be over-rated, but he has definitely made me laugh extremely hard before. It probably helps that I had no idea who he was either when I first heard him, and it was an audio recording - not a video. :D

He's a comedian and he did a movie with Jessica Alba.I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic, but thanks for playing.

Dane Cook has the rare luck of Jeff Dunham existing and thus never having to worry about being the worst comedian of all time.

Too bad Jackie Weaver didn't win for Animal Kingdom, that movie was epic.
