Hold on 36 Crazyfists opened for Napalm Death:confused: that sucks. I saw them at Mayhem Fest 08 and they were awful.

I personally like 36 Crazyfists alot. Might have to make the trip to Providence for this, I wish it were coming a little bit closer to MA.

I'm not interested but I really gotta comment on the venue this tour will be playing at in Minnesota.

Although the stage is big enough I'm very shocked by the recent amount of big tours that are coming to Robert's. The stage is a foot off the ground. It doesn't even go up to my knees. It sucks that The Rock had to go under this year (especially since my band Shattered had booked a ton of shows there that had to be canceled) but I'm glad to see a venue that's somewhat close to The Rock is getting better business that means the live music scene in Minnesota can still keep rolling.

Ya, it really sucks that The Rock had to close down.

Saw these guys open for In Flames back in 08, they were horrible. Gojira made up for their shit though =D

Haha I will take it back even further... I saw them open for Kittie/Candiria in '04. No LOLing, I was there for Candiria :rocker: and yes just not good. How they were able to headline is beyond me. If Devildriver gets a few hundred on Tuesday how much would these guys get on a weekday?

Ya, you gotta wonder why some of these bands who can't get more than 200 people at a show even tour. They can't be making very much money and it's quite possible that they're losing money.

On the Deceased tour this year, from reading on here and talking to the bands, the attendance was very low (20-60 people a night). The reason they tour is because of their love for music - not "LET'S MAKE MONEY!".

That's fine and all, but if you're LOSING money, is it really worth it?

That's fine and all, but if you're LOSING money, is it really worth it?

That's a question you should ask the dedicated bands, not me. All I'm saying is, being in a band and being broke go hand in hand. It's nothing new.

Yes, that's very true. Sometimes bands have to take a loss so they can play live shows for their fans and get some exposure.

That's not really a "sometimes" thing. It always happens.

Maybe he cares so little about this tour that he didn't feel it was worthy of an original insult.
