Oh, wow, that's just a phenomenal lineup. I don't know Xerath, but Leprous's album Tall Poppy Syndrome is a masterpiece. Both Shinings, Norwegian and Swedish, are great bands, and I can totally see how the Norwegian one would fit in opening for Ihsahn.

I would love to see Ihsahn live. His solo stuff is so good :drool:

It would definitely be cool to see both of those bands. Jorgen Munkeby from Shining is the guy that played the saxophone on Ihsahn's newest album.

Indeed he is and he joined Ihsahn on stage. Obviously Leprous are Ihsahn's live backing band. Check out the link I posted under the setlist to review and photos from the show.
