Faroese Viking metallers TÝR will play their only U.S. headline show at Clifton, New Jersey's Clash Bar on Saturday, September 11. This event is limited to only 100 pre-sale tickets. Support at the gig will come from London, Ontario, Canada's celtic thrashers BATTLESOUL and New York City's female-fronted symphonic metal band DESDEMON.

A friend of mine booked this gig as her birthday party for Tyr to play while they are over here for ProgPower, and is selling 100 tickets to help defray some of her costs...should be a good time.

Wow! Nice! It's a shame Clifton is nearly 3 hours away from me though.

Its 2.5 hours for me, prob gonna stay nearby at a hotel since my friend is throwing this party. Should be a hoot.

Agreed! I saw them with Amon Amarth back in April, I believe it was.
