Hopefully it's an announcement that they've decided to magically erase everything they've released since 1999 (except the re-recording of Stormblast, and the drums from In Sorte Diaboli) and start writing black metal again.

Seriously though, It'll probably be an announcement of their touring/session members and/or the name of the new album.

I'm interested to see who their new members will be. Maybe they'll bring something good to the bad. I think that them getting rid of Vortex and Mustis is the second biggest mistake they've ever made.
