Seriously, what is wrong with the organizers?

Considering Rage isn't making new music or touring regularly anymore (at least for now), it makes sense putting them over Megadeth.

You have to treat seeing Rage as a potential once in a blue moon opportunity at this point, it makes perfect sense.

It's all based on popularity. Seeing the Deftones over Megadeth doesn't surprise me at all.

Stone Temple Pilots ahead of Motorhead though is odd. I thought in the UK Motorhead would be much bigger than STP.

I love "White Riot," and I love RATM, but I saw a YouTube video of them playing it, and I don't approve. To be fair, doing justice to The Clash is nigh impossible.

Agreed. And while I like Rage, I think Megadeth sold more records by a hair.

Some bands can pull it off. The Rage cover was decent, but it doesnt fit with them. I can imagine him rapping London Calling. But we all know it was done cause Tom worships Joe Strummer.

Not sure how reliable it is but according to WikiAnswers Megadeth has sold over 20 million while Rage has sold over 15 million so really it's not even that close. Granted we are still talking like 4 or 5 more albums from Megadeth than Rage but still.

Just counting studio albums Megadeth has 12 and Rage only has 4 and that includes a Covers cd and they almost sold as many copies as Megadeth. Rage is by far a bigger draw. It isn't even close if you ask me.

That being said... INCREDIBLE Festival!
