Great show. Support was from a loal band called Sirocco, they were great, if you have any spare time, look them up :)

Megadeth setlists:

1. Dialectic Chaos
2. Wake Up Dead
3. Headcrusher
4. In My Darkest Hour
5. Holy Wars... The Punishment Due
6. Hangar 18
7. Take No Prisoners
8. Five Magics
9. Poison Was The Cure
10. Lucretia
11. Tornado Of Souls
12. Dawn Patrol
13. Rust In Peace... Polaris
14. Trust
15. A Tout Le Monde
16. Symphony Of Destruction
17. Sweating Bullets

Encore:

18. Peace Sells w/ Holy Wars Outro

Megadeth were on superb form, sound was a little muddy to begin with, but once Headcrusher had started it was crystal clear. Seeing Rust In Peace live was beyond stunning, Chris Broderick is an inspiration to behold. I caught one of Mustianes plecs and Shawn Drovers Wristband, and got an RIP 20th Anniversary shirt, great time all around :)

I've gotten excited and burnt out on Megadeth like 3 times since buying my tickets... last September.

It truly is. I've been to a million concerts and witnessing that album done live is one of my most memorable concert expieriences.
Nothing against our old friend Wake up dead, but hearing dialectic chaos and no This day we fight after would bug me.

So have you been living under a rock the past 7 months or what?

It wouldnt bug me because I would expect to hear dialectic chaos and not hear this day we fight after it.

I don't see why you wouldn't, they've done it plenty of times before.

Yes I agree. But I've heard WUD a lot live. Never TDWF. Not that I'm complaining. Other than no Devils Island or Conjuring the set is pretty good anyway.

Doesn't fit nearly as well at the end of Dialectic Chaos though.

The first four songs were all played straight after each other, so it did fit with Wake Up Dead right after Dialectic Chaos. However, I would have prefered this day we fight, its such a thrasher of a song, and it makes the one-two punch perfect I think. Rest of the setlist is flawless in my opinion, the selection of songs outside the album were great, since we're getting like five obscure songs within Rust In Peace itself. Im really pumped for when they come back again to hear stuff like Devils Island and Skin O' My Teeth too :)
