This is the FREE SHOW Metallica did in a parking lot. Lots of footage on youtube if anyone wants to check it out! I was there, watching those videos actually gave me chills to be part of something that big! And that's saying a lot since I don't really care about Metallica that much anymore. ;)

Carpe Diem Baby Jam
Helpless
The Four Horsemen
Of Wolf and Man
The Thing That Should Not Be
Fuel
The Memory Remains
King Nothing
Bleeding Me
No Remorse
Am I Evil?
Stone Cold Crazy
-----------------
The Wait
Master of Puppets (full song)
-----------------
Tuesday's Gone Jam
Damage Inc.

It's not a bad set to me by any means.

The set does suck, but I'd love to see them in that setting.

How is it a shitty set? Fuel, Memmory Remains and Bleeding Me might be the 3 best post-Black songs (just about the only ones I like).

I'm not sure why people are complaining about this set. Sure it's not the greatest but it was for a special ocassion and in the mid 90s Metallica wasn't as good about doing their sets as they are now. In fact their set lists on the Load and Reload tours are the worst of the six times i've seen them.

No Enter Sandman or Nothing Else Matters, looks like a good set then

Yeah, its a strange setlist, but how can you complain when they played on the back of a truck in the middle of a parking lot, for free?

I have not seen Metallica in many years, so no real idea what they are playing now, but heard they have improved. I remember this being special because they actually played the full song for Master of Puppets, a lot times which was cut. I found it sorta cool they were playing oddball songs, made it more special.

And yeah, This! :fist:

Edit: With this I bring you my 500th post in about a month!

Metallica's tour page always posts their sets after the shows and I usually put them up here. They always rotate songs every night now so no set is exactly the same. You can always look them up on here if your curious at all.

500 posts in a month:wow: I looks like you might have to find something else to do before this board becomes a full blown addiction for you:D

What's with all the Nothing Else Matters hate? I think it's a solid song. Beats most of the shitty ballads that are on thrash albums.

This brings me back to when I first came here...cue the nostalgia music.
