Pay attention kids: don't drink, don't do drugs, and don't fuck with dudes who can put you in a coma. There are long-term side-effects of each.

Oh gee - there's that NEMHF incident in the internetz news. Shocking - Brent is throwing hissy fits all over the country. Really. Shocking. I can't believe it.

Not news, but still disappointing.

Would it be rude to start a "FIRE BRENT" chant when I see them in Lexington?

I'm betting anything he doesn't make it by the time the AIC/Deftones tour starts in September.

"As a guitarist, I can sympathize with the frustrations shitty tone can give you… but come on, man. Tantrums ain't gonna fix your shit."

For the record, I agree with doucher.

I'm very angry as a huge Mastodon fan. I got value for my ticket, but I wanted to see Mastodon, and I got Mastodon minus Brent plus one drunk dude barely playing guitar and for less time.

I didn't like Mastodon when I saw them live. They were the first metal band I ever saw and they were just not too interesting. I hope it works out for them, however, I love their music on CD (Blood Mountains one of the first metal albums I bought) and maybe I'll catch them on the AIC tour.

Not quite yet. I still get asked about that shit at shows.

Are they still doing the 6-7 song encore, or just B&T now?
