Great show, as expected. No changes to the set from the other shows so far.

Didn't get any of the special t-shirts because they all sucked. There were two specific to this show, three for the whole tour with dates, and a couple for the whole tour without dates.

Also a hoodie, a workshirt, a poster and a programme all for the tour. Plus a few Opeth/Blackwater Park generic things.

Thanks for the merch update. Venue they played there is pretty neat looking from the pictures. They are going to be beat at the end of this tour, with how short the turnaround is between shows.

Oh, and almost forgot, whole show was filmed with six or so cameras for DVD.

Haha, yeah, talk about your legendary venues. It doesn't get more prestigious in London than playing RAH.

There was nothing massively wrong with any of the shirts, they just weren't that special. From what I remember, the three tour date ones had a Blackwater Park front, a kind of band silhouette front (this one may have just had cities, not dates on the back), and something else pretty generic.

There was one that was kinda cool, with a poster type front of the Evolution XX artwork (similar to the classic evolution of man image) and a kind of family tree on the back with all the members of Opeth to date. No dates or cities though.

Which I'll buy even though I have the other two. :snivel:

I will too. I'll have been at two out of three of the DVD shows when this one comes out (I was at the Roundhouse Tapes show too). I'd have been at the first one too, but it was just before I got into Opeth and didn't see them live for the first time until the next tour.

Here are a couple of the super-generic Blackwater Park t-shirts that were on sale.

That family tree thing sounds awesome

How much was the workshirt? I can totally go for one when they come to NY.

Easily the coolest of the tour shirts. But with no dates/cities I wasn't keen.

I don't know, but I would guess at 30-35. They didn't have the prices on the display outside, and as I didn't want any of the t-shirts, I didn't hunt down the actual merch stands, just went to secure my second row spot for the show :D

It won't change. Exact same setlist for the first four shows so far, only the two US ones to go.

anyways, really great setlist, and it's curious how England has become the favorite place to record Opeth DVD's

I love the documentary on Lamentations. I kinda hope they take up to releasing a live DVD for every album like Dream Theater does, and I'm sure others do too. :2cents:

30-35

Is merch usually that expensive there?
