Metallica - Master of Puppets (James Hetfield)
Metallica - Master of Puppets (Kirk Hammett)

That's about it haha. I consider myself a good/decent player, but I don't have the patience to learn solos for the most part.

Fair enough. For the most part that's how I feel myself - a lot of times I just don't see the purpose in learning them. Some of these I just picked up over time by just playing along to songs for fun (something I do a lot) - also my band has covered a bunch of these songs (we did a 50-minute Maiden tribute set as well), so some of them came from that.

Been playing for 3 years, just really started to care about learning solos.

AC/DC - You Shook Me All Night Long (Angus Young)
Black Sabbath - Paranoid (Tony Iommi)
Iron Maiden - 2 Minutes to Midnight (Adrian Smith)
Van Halen - Ain't Talkin About Love (Eddie Van Halen)

There are others I used to be able to play but have forgot them over the months..I should learn some more, any suggestions?

I'm working on the various solo's for the redone version of Gamma Ray's
"Heading for Tomorrow" (Blast from the Past version). It has some of my absolute favorite metal solo's of all time, especially the last two. Rather challenging though, at least for me. I've got the first couple which are fairly easy down.
