For the most part I like Dragonforce. Not exactly my fav type of metal but they aren't bad. But I really like Bernie Mac too though... LOL

Man, how will they ever be able to find anyone to replace such a unique talent.

Ride a dragon from the gates of heaven's steps and conquer the fiery demons through flames and thunder to the top of a snow blanketed mountain to find the one to be, or some "epic" rediculous shit like that.

Okay, kind of a joke of a band, sure, but INCREDIBLY fun to see live.

I wasn't saying they hit all the notes they do on record, I was saying it was very fun. They don't take themselves seriously, they're exceptionally goofy on stage, and they embody the whole rock star persona.

2nd best metal band I saw live last year. Completely spot-on nowadays.

ZP was at best an OK singer, whose voice constantly sounded like it was tampered with digitally. He just sounded so... unnatural.

Regardless of technical performance (which from personal experience, was horrible), Dragonforce was the only headlining set I paid to see and walked out on before it ended. Horrible.

too bad they haven't written a single song that wasn't just 3 choruses and 5 solos repeated for 7 and a half minutes since sonic firestorm

Ripper Owens is an excellent choice.

Trying to aquire Warrell Dane from Nevermore wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Who would fit them better than anyone IMO would be Niklas Isfeldt from Dream Evil.

Any other power metal singer would be a good replacement. All those power metal bands sound the same anyway.

Nevermore has a new album coming out soon so it won't be Warrel. He's too good of a singer for Dragonforce anyways and his lyrical writting style doesn't fit with what they do. There are plenty of singers out there that they can get. ZP was decent for what he did with the band but they can certainly find a better singer. Lots of bands continue on after their original vocalist leaves and are just fine. They should be no different.

Ripper Owens is an intresting choice. He's already sang and got booted out of two established metal bands so he may as well try and make it three.

Dragonforce loses a singer and Burzum returns on the same day? awsome imo

I could see Ripper doing it, but Warrell? He doesn't fit in with DragonForce at all...

Plus, I need to see Nevermore, damnit, and that can't happen if he's off being busy with DF.
