I just found the setlists I wrote down for this show and thought I'd share em with everyone. It was an awesome show. I drove 5 hours to catch this show. They were playing in LA a few days later, but I was flying out of town that day for a wedding, so driving up to Mesa to catch this show at UB's Bar was the next best thing. My buddy and I got there around the time Dreaming Dead were starting. We were blown away by how awesome those girls were, they could shred! They played for about 30 minutes. The place was pretty small and there were about 20 people or so in there during Dreaming Dead's set. I figured more people would come, but the opposite happened. Everyone seemed to leave after Dreaming Dead, leaving me, my buddy and bout 4 or 5 locals.

Goreaphobia went on and they were half of the reason why I drove so far for this show. I've listened to them for years, never thought I would ever get a chance to see them live, but this tour proved otherwise. They played 8 songs and sounded awesome live. Was able to pick up an advance copy of the Mortal Repulsion cd that was going to come out a month later. They sound a lot better live than they do on cd.

1.Polterchrist Entrapment
2.Ordeal of the Abyss
3.Amulet of Damnation
4.Devious Regordation
5.Grave Plagued Planet
6.Black Ash Eyes
7.Cremate in Hate
8.Mortal Repulsion

Now it was time for Master. I saw them in October of 2008 at the Appease the Beast Fest in Hollywood with lots of great bands, but they got their set cut to only 30 minutes, so now it was time for a full set. They sounded awesome live, but Paul seemed discouraged because there were bout 6 people in the building that were not workers for the bar or part of a band that played that night. I saw the setlist when they were setting up and saw 20 songs listed, but they cut 7 songs:mad: The last song was suppose to be Pay to Die, but they never played it, I didn't write down the songs they didn't play. It was still a great time.

2.Shoot To Kill
3.Slaves to Society
4.Judgement to Will
5.All We've Become
6.Return to Vietnam
7.Unknown Soldier
8.Funeral Bitch
9.Final Skull
10.Follow Jesus
11.Gold Mine
12.Cut Through the Filth
13.The Truth

Damn, I would have loved to be at this show if I had known about it. Frankly I don't think I was even aware of UB's existence back in July. Seems like within the last six months or so it's become the Phoenix metro area's hot spot for metal bands.
