lol this lineup is fucking hilarious. In Flames AND Hollywood Undead? well i'm a fan of In Flames. and i actually like Bullet For My Valentine a lot. Every Time I Die put on a good show last time i saw them even though not a fan. i didn't even know Lostprophets were still around. but Hollywood Undead? really? this tour would be much better and would make a lot more sense without them.

Very strange.... never heard of a rock concert being held here before.

How long do the headliners usually play at these? I love In Flames, and would go see them for what would be my 9th time, but Im not sure I wanna pay to see them play only 45 minutes of the same hits they always play. Plus all the other bands suck.

Anders said they'd be coming back to Oklahoma...he didn't say it would be with piece of shit bands though..

Not going.

I'm only about a 25 minute drive from Hara Arena in Dayton, so I'd go just to see In Flames and go to the bar during Hollywood Undead and the other shit. I'd probably watch ETID too. They aren't great, but they are at least ok, which is more than I can say for the others. If I can score some freebies or cheapo tix, I might do just that.

damn its not coming to AZ...i would consider it otherwise.

Wow - that's the first relatively confirmed tour group that doesn't make me 100% gag. I'm looking forward to In Flames, never have seen Lost Prophets (and I used to be pretty in to them), and have no issues seeing Bullet with the other two.

What's the typical crowd like at Taste of Chaos, though?

A couple of the other Taste of Chaos and that tour Disturbed use to do came once I think. My friend saw Avenged Sevenfold there and said it was a decent place.

Might go to this if its cheap enough for In Flames and ETID.

I won't lie, if it's cheap enough I'll go. Might be some fun to see In Flames again, and I'm really curious as to how it'll work out what with this being an arena and all :eyes: Seems awfully big for these bands.

Incorrect. Unfortunately scene kids actually wear that.

that's exactly what i'm thinking. even with In Flames as headliners i really don't think this show will get that packed. i've seen Korn, Gigantour, and the Lamb of God/KsE/DevilDriver shows at the Long Beach Arena. Korn was the only one who got that arena packed to the fullest. the Gigantour and Lamb of God tours had the floor packed but with not many seats filled. that's how this show will probably be. unless tix are cheap because most arena shows are $40-50+, but i remember the last TOC shows being around $25, so maybe that will make the attendance.

This This This This. In Flames are my favorite band, bit I'm tired of them only touring with shitty bands (Gojira were the exception).

if In Flames is headlining then i'm pretty sure they'll play for at least an hour, or 90 minutes most likely.

This is one of the puzzling lineups for a show I have ever seen. Direct support to In Flames Hollywood Undead?:eyes: thats just awful.

I'm not sure if this is real. There's no way they're gonna get from Ottawa to Edmonton in less than a day..

That being said, if it's true....Why In Flames? Why?

broncoz
12-21-2009, 02:10 PM
really don't understand this. In flames has already been to the US 3 times since a sense of purpose came out and on their last tour they said they wont be back for a few years and with a new album.

I was under the impression that all 2010 would be break and album writing with a new record in 2011. Don't see the need to tour 4 times playing the same stupid set, why don't they just take time off and write a decent album actually.

In Flames is big enough here to headline over BFMV? :eyes:

My bleeding eyeeeeeeeeez!!!!!!

That's what I was afraid of. I was under the impression that Taste of Chaos was for scene kids, and that makes me fear for In Flames' reputation. Of course, from what I understand from various boards, their rep is dying.

... damnit, I honestly want to go to this, too. I think I might be too freakin' old!

While they're at it they should inform him of how incredibly fucking stupid he looks, and that Mayhem and Cannibal Corpse merchandise are not allowed to be purchased by dick huggers like him.

I really think BFMV might have been the worst band @ Mayhem this year and that is saying quite a lot considering what was there this year. Epic fail.

holliwood undead on that tour makes about as little sense as Atreyu opening for holliwood undead this fall... that is to say, no sense.

but I would pay to see this tour, in flames and bullet? nice.

and when I saw taste of chaos 08 with a7x atreyu and bullet the 3 headliners got an hour each plus a7x got an encore so probably a little over an hour as the final headliner.

If this tour were true and confirmed, it would have been on blabbermouth. By coincidence, they are headlining it in Japan: http://www.tasteofchaos.com/ But I still think it would have been on blabbermouth.

i really don't think this tour is true at all. it would've been announced already. and those venues are waay too big for In Flames and the rest of the lineup to fill.
