Endgame for sure. That album is one of my faves of 09. I am really digging the new Rammstien as well. Death Magnetic and World Painted Blood are both pretty good records but nothing fantastic.

Endgame gets my vote, but Rammstein as a choice is way out of place considering the other options, hahaha.

Slayer. Better than Death Magnetic and I'd put it a little above Endgame, but all three of those are awesome.

The production is my only issue. I don't think the songs are too long, I mean, ...AJFA has longer songs than Death Magnetic and those aren't boring.

Minor point, but the production is OK. As good as Rick Rubin ever gets, anyway. It's the mastering that fucks it up.
Despite that, great album. Just doesn't belong in a comparison with "recent albums".
