Just this one song, though. Checked out stuff from the past and from their current CD and they're all pretty bad.

But I love this song for some reason.

BFMV is a guilty pleasure of mine. I won't wear their shirt, but I listen to them occasionally.

I don't have any musical guilty pleasures. There are TV shows that fit into that category, though. NCIS and Next Food Network Star are the biggest ones.

Me too. And radio country because I was raised on it and now it's on at work and I realized a couple of years ago that I still like it.

I'd like to pleasure her, but I wouldn't feel guilty about it.

Hey-O!

I've got a few guilty pleasures. Mickey Avalon, metalcore (As I Lay Dying, The Autumn Offering, Shadows Fall, All That Remains), 1980s, 90s, and 00s Country Music, and I like the sound of Ville Valo's voice.

Katy Perry, and Disney music (I don't care, some of their movies had some awesome soundtracks).

Oh, and Kittie, I guess.

No lie, "Go the Distance" off of the Hercules soundtrack is probably one of my favorite ballads.

Exactly why I consider it a guilty pleasure :D This band Antler did a cover of "Those Shoes" for some tribute compilation thingy and they used that clip at the beginning, awesome.

Man, Sara Bareilles is just good overall haha. Not a Guilty Pleasure! haha

Then again, I have sweet tooth for good Pop Music, Piano Rock, and Show/Movie Tunes, so maybe that's why I like it so much haha

In Flames - Reroute to Remain

Also, I have a soft spot for anything with female vocals that is moderately heavy. Always have, since I first heard "Christendom" by Paradise Lost

Well I did have a brief Godsmack and Slipknot period in my early teens, nothing else really except I must say I am sorta digging that BFMV song from the first post.

I've mentioned this before, but when I was kid I used to like all the eurodisco stuff in the 90's: La Bouche, Ace Of Base, Real McCoy, shit like that.

What's wrong with that? I own three HIM albums and really enjoy them,

What's wrong with that?

The fact that HIM is pretty much a staple among teenage girls would cause anyone to be self-conscious.

I love both of these bands.

Surely that's just the same album three times?

I like a lot of different types of music, I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed or feel guilt about any of them, others might think I should feel guilty for liking them, lol.
for example, I own all of 3 doors down's albums and like all of them to differing degrees, I own 3 staind albums, and enjoy them too. . . sometimes

I love nickleback, have for years, although their older stuff is better, before they sold out quite so much.
so yeah there are bands I don't like admitting to liking in the mittle of a heavy metal crowd.
bon jovi,
journey,
and I'm fond of quite a few metalcore bands, but I don't find guilt in that I think some of them are pretty good.

ok as for things I used to like that now I'm ashamed to admit.
somewhere I still own, cause I don't throw anything out, from when I was real young,
backstreet boys
nsync
and I even used to love mmmbop by hanson
even if I cringe to think of the song now.

and, I was a band nerd, so I like some classical music and the like.

Spiral_Slave

HIM, in my opinion aren't far away from other gothic bands I love like Paradise Lost. I don't give a flying fuck about any teenagers liking them or whatever stigma is attached to them, why should I care? I like the music, and to me that's all that matters.

If there's one band I hate it's Journey, though I admit some of their album cuts are fairly decent when they go heavier. Worse than the Eagles though.
